On December 6, 2024, Joel Marcus notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Applied Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Board and all committees of the Board that he served on effective immediately. The Board is launching a search to identify new independent director candidates.
